Shipping policy

Free shipping within Sweden on all orders over 2000 SEK. For orders outside of Sweden, shipping is calculated at check-out.

Shipping within the EU is 200 SEK / 20€ per order.

Shipments outside of the EU are 350 SEK / 35€ per order.

For environmental reasons we gather our orders and ship once or twice per week from our storehouses in Norrfjärden, northern Sweden or Stockholm. Depending on the destination we ship with Postnord to the Nordics countries, and DHL Express Go Green elsewhere.

Where does A NEW SWEDEN ship?

A NEW SWEDEN currently ships worldwide, except to countries where we are not legally allowed to. Orders outside of the EU do not pay local value added taxes. As a result, your country of residence may charge an import tax or extra fees. These fees are not covered by A NEW SWEDEN.

Which shipping methods are available?

We farm and manufacture in Sweden to reduce the carbon emissions involved during production. Therefore, we use carbon-neutral or carbon-offset transportation to ship the garments to you, with as little impact as possible from our storehouse location. 

In the Nordics, we use Postnord, and for the rest of the world DHL Express Go Green.

When will my order ship?

Products in stock are shipped within one week (Monday to Friday), we gather our orders to reduce our climate impact with pickup and delivery and therefore ship once or twice per week depending on the number of orders.

Pre-orders are shipped as soon as we receive the ordered garment in the correct size. We always keep our customers updated with the status of their order / Pre-order.

How long does it take to ship?

Delivery time varies depending on where you are in the world. Generally in metropolitan Sweden you should receive your garments in two days. Rural areas will be dependent on which days the post operates. Pre-ordered items will ship as soon as they are in stock, and you will be notified by email.

How much does it cost to ship?

We offer free shipping within Sweden for orders over 2 000 SEK / 200€.

For orders below 2000 SEK / 200€ the cost of shipping will be added to your order at checkout, depending on where you are in the world. The costs always include carbon-neutral or carbon-offset. We do not offer the option to ship without carbon-neutral or carbon-offset.

Can I change my shipping address?

If we haven't yet shipped your order we can ship to a different address. Email shop (at) anewsweden.com with the new address.

 

Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30 day returns and exchange policy for garments bought from anewsweden.com. Meaning you need to contact A NEW SWEDEN within 30 days from when you receive the garment and send it back.

Should you for any reason wish to return or exchange the garments, please follow the below instructions.

Note that owing to a global increase in shipping costs, the buyer pays for return shipping. 

This garment is a bit big / small. How do I swap sizes?

  1. Send an e-mail marked “Size change” to shop (at) anewsweden.com, state your order number and describe which product and size you are returning and what size you wish to receive in exchange. 
  2. Pack the garment in the packaging you received it in and send it back to the return address with a tracking number. Note that we cannot refund or exchange any garments that we do not receive back.
  3. We will aim to post your replacement size as soon as the package is received.

What if there is a problem with my garment when I receive it?

Please send an e-mail to shop (at) anewsweden.com and describe what has happened as well as add a photo of the damaged product and outer package.

How do I get a refund on a garment I've purchased?

  1. Send an email with the subject “Return” to shop (at) anewsweden.com with your order number and the products you would like to return. We will send you the return label.
  2. Pack the garment in the packaging you received it in and send it back to the return address with a tracking number. Note that we cannot refund or exchange any garments that we do not receive back, so ensure that it is sent registered.
  3. We will refund the money through the same payment service you used for the initial purchase, as soon as we have received and checked your return. Please allow a few days for the banks to handle the transfer of the funds.

I no longer want my pre-ordered garment.

Send an email with the subject “Cancel pre-order” to shop (at) anewsweden.com with your order number and the products you would like to cancel. We will make your refund within two days, although it may take longer for the money to appear in your account.

How do I return garments with Postnord?

  1. Safely repack the garment
  2. Attach the return label to the package
  3. Drop off the package at a Postnord access point
  4. Make a record of the ID-number on your receipt to track the shipment
  5. When we have received the return we will send you an email confirmation within a week

How do I return products sent via DHL?

  1. Safely repack the garment
